Forest : Wasur National Park

Wasur National Park, located in the city of Merauke in Papua province, is a national park with a large area and is the national park with the largest wetlands and is inundated about 4-6 months a year. This national park has a very important role in maintaining the balance of the ecosystem in the area. The water cycle and the forest in it are important to maintain both as a balancer for the ecosystem and to maintain the survival of the people in it, where in Wasur National Park is inhabited by four tribes, namely the Kanume Tribe, Yeinan Tribe, Marori Mengey Tribe and Marind Tribe.
